Book object ‘ Must have ’, Vienna 2003

It is a persiflage of a society that always wants to be trendy.
There are different ‘must-have’ subjects and they are all exaggerations.
Must-have literature: all the authors you should have read
Must-have fashion: all the designer labels you should have worn
Must-have interests: all the things you should have been interested in
Must-have city maps: all the cities you should have been to
Must-have vocabulary: all the words you should have used as a trendy person

At the end of the book, there is a T-shirt which represents the original ‘must-have’.
It relates to all the fictive ‘must-haves’ of before. The T-shirt is made out of
paper-fabric and attached to the book with a hook-and-loop fastener.
